Now what?

Rick was our 3rd realtor in a really bad housing market about 3 to 4 years ago. After the second realtor didn’t sell our home I began to really interview prospective realtors. I thought I had interviewed prior but this time had to be the charm. Recommendations from friends was only the beginning to the process. Rick impressed me with our first conversation because he was able to explain why our house had not sold and what he would do differently. Everything he said made total sense with my experience in business. I was still very cautious when Rick and I first met. Our house had been on the market for over 2 years. We needed to move and it wasn’t happening! The advice he gave was not only spot on but his suggestions were stuff we were willing to do. It was very reasonable. It was the advice we were longing for with the first two realtors. The process was extremely professional and he continued to impress me with his level of expertise every day! When it came to negotiations, he was amazing! He knew what to do and how to see if the buyers were serious or not. He helped us find a home as well. We actually found a house, closed and moved in two weeks! While that is rare, he really helped us to make things happen so we wouldn’t have to move twice with transitional housing. We would definitely buy and sell with Rick again! No one else. I NEVER want to go through the experience of the first two realtors again. Rick is the one to call!

After lack of success with our original realtor, Rick’s experience and honesty helped us price our home correctly and ultimately sell in a down market. For 15 years, we lived in our first Columbus home. My experience with Rick began in 2006 when I listed my home for sale after moving to Texas. The housing market in Ohio was slow and I was not able to sell. There was a couple who wanted to buy the house but had trouble securing a loan. They moved in with the intentions of buying. Years went by and they could not secure a loan but Rick continued to advise me and renewed rental agreements with the potential buyer. In May of this year, Rick advised me to put the house back on the market if the buyers could not commit to purchasing the home. During the months between May and October many issues arose with the house. I had to repair the stucco, paint the house inside and out, improve the landscaping, get a new sump pump, etc. etc.. Rick facilitated all the repairs for the home (remember, I live in Texas). He purchased items for me and sent me the bill later. I could go on and on.
