My experience with Rick began in 2006 when I listed my home for sale after moving to Texas. The housing market in Ohio was slow and I was not able to sell. There was a couple who wanted to buy the house but had trouble securing a loan. They moved in with the intentions of buying. Years went by and they could not secure a loan but Rick continued to advise me and renewed rental agreements with the potential buyer. In May of this year, Rick advised me to put the house back on the market if the buyers could not commit to purchasing the home. During the months between May and October many issues arose with the house. I had to repair the stucco, paint the house inside and out, improve the landscaping, get a new sump pump, etc. etc.. Rick facilitated all the repairs for the home (remember, I live in Texas). He purchased items for me and sent me the bill later. I could go on and on. I know of no other realtor who would have spent 7 years selling a home. I have had a serious load lifted off my shoulders with the sale of the house thanks to Rick. Thanks Rick!
